– Shiva Teja: Shiva Teja Pagidimarri – CEO & Founder, the visionary behind Luxe Downtown Private Limited, has always been driven by a passion for Luxury stays. With a background in Civil Engineering Shiva Teja worked for Multiple startups in his entire graduation days. He worked For Byju’s at the early stage and helped in expansion in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He also worked as an International Real Estate Consultant for another top Realtor Company. His passion towards business created setting up a Luxury Segmented Home Stays in Hyderabad developed as Luxe Downtown. Shiva Teja set out to provide people around the globe to enjoy different segments of luxe stays with world-class amenities anywhere they travel around the globe. His aggression and drive towards scalability and expansion are unbelievable. His vision is to develop Luxe Downtown as the only Luxury segmented stays around the globe.
Shiva Teja’s journey began with a simple idea when their colleagues travelled to Hyderabad and looked for properties to stay in for a while. Shiva Teja helped them to find a stay for their colleagues and found it a great difficulty to find the right property according to the guest’s needs. This problem ticked him and opened a business idea to give luxury stays in all the prominent places in Hyderabad with all the required amenities in a single platform. Armed with determination and a clear vision, Shiva Teja embarked on a mission to expand the business globally and help people to cosy and luxe stays.
Throughout Shiva Teja’s career, he created multiple managerial positions in the previous companies he worked for and expanded business in multiple states. This invaluable experience has shaped Shiva Teja’s approach to launching Luxe Downtown, infusing Luxe Downtown with innovation, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
